I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this before but fall is my very favorite time of the year. This probably sounds odd, but I feel more refreshed, more optimistic, and more ambitious during the fall then any other season. Maybe I’ll finally stop procrastinating and go ahead and purchase the dining room set I’ve wanted for so long.
I found a great selection of dining sets over at Great Priced Furniture and I do believe they live up to their name. I really, really like this North Shore Gathering Table Set.
In addition to great prices, Great Priced Furniture offers a 30-day money back guarantee and GE Consumer Financing with no interest and no payments until February 2009. I’m still looking at other dining sets on their website but so far the gathering table set is my favorite.
It is hard to believe summer is nearly over and fall is almost here. I never did buy the mailbox I was talking about a few months ago so maybe it is time to start thinking about that again.
Mailboxixchange is a neat website that features high quality mailboxes. I’m tired of our current little leaking mailbox so I’m looking at some of the post mount residential mailboxes. We live about 2/10 mile from the hard road so I’d like to have a big heavy duty mailbox as a replacement.
With over 1500 residential and commercial mailboxes it should be pretty easy to find just the one I want.
I’m on a campaign to improve and replace several things in my home and ceiling fans are on the top of my list. I recently found a website that has a selection of more than four hundred unique ceiling fans from thirteen manufacturers. This is the largest selection available online.
When we bought our mobile home a few years ago the people we bought it from promised to install two ceiling fans before delivery – one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. After the home was delivered, you guessed it, there were no ceiling fans installed. There were only a couple of gaping holes where the fans should be. Of course I got on the phone and let them know about it and they said they would take care of it and would send someone out with the fans to install them. Ha! By the looks of the fans they sent someone to the nearest discount store and bought two fans for the blue light special.
I’ve been checking Farrey’s website and looking at some of the fans they have listed there. I think I like the Hunter fans best.
I bet I have more tools in my house then most people have in their garage. Maybe that’s because we don’t have a garage. We do, however, have a shed but whenever I tell my husband to “get that stuff out of my house” he always says “there is no room in the shed!” I’m getting pretty tired of it.
I believe that just about anything that can be stored in a garage could be stored in our shed and I found some really nifty items for garage storage over at Car Guy Garage.com.
I’m wouldn’t mind having these 16 mixed storage bins with shelving for our shed. I know what would happen though. He’d fill it up and then say “there is no room in the shed!”
Here is a great way to spice up any part of your home with one of your own original photos. At PhotoFiddle.com you can turn your photos into a work of art.
Instead of using tired old prints and canvases I think it is a much cooler idea to use my own photos for home decorating. I signed up for the service and tried it out myself. LOL, I’ve spent a couple of hours on their site just uploading my photos and creating masterpieces from them.
The services at PhotoFiddle seem reasonably priced to me and the service is as easy to use as 1, 2, 3. All you have to do is upload your picture, crop the part you want to use and then apply your design. There are tons of designs to choose from from oil paintings to comic strips to collages to pencil drawings to, well, you name it and I bet PhotoFiddle has it.
Here is an example of a finished product.
