I know I recently mentioned that I am going to begin to eat a healthier diet, but I have the ingredients on hand for this pie so I’m going to make it today… I’ll start eating healthier tomorrow, yeah, that’s what I’ll do. I’ll start tomorrow…

Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust
3-4 ounces key lime juice (I use 4 ounces)
14 ounces condensed milk
8 ounces non-dairy topping, thawed
Preparation:
Mix the key lime juice and the condensed milk together using a hand mixer or wire whisk.
Blend in the non-dairy topping and pour into the graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate for at least one hour and there you have it.
Rofl, I don’t think you need to be in trailer park to make it… glad it turned out well…
I did make the pie on Sunday Night. It was very easy, I made it after about 8 or 9 beers so you know it’s easy. Had it with the barbecue Monday afternoon. I don’t know if it’s required, but I made it an actual trailer park. Turned out great.
Wow. That sounds so easy and looks sooo good! I’m going to try it. Thank you for posting that.
This looks like a good recipe for summer time. I may give it whirl.
Hi, Ron, and oops! For some reason your comment went into the spam moderation queue… dunno why and I’m sure glad I checked it on a whim today…
Thanks for stopping by and stop by again sometime… I love quick and easy recipes and plan to be posting a few more of them…
It really is good… maybe it isn’t for everyone but my husband is always thrilled when I make any kind of desert – he’s not picky…
